The founder of Twitter, Evan Williams, is on stage explaining how the idea of twitter started at a TED. He is looking at audience reaction tweets live on stage. So I had to post a live shot with the camera-phone.

I have been Twittering since early July. I use it a a special way. I have one account to use in private exclusively to communicate with one other person who also has an account for just me. I have other accounts. I delete all old posts and leave one page or so at the most. Old news is old news. Twitter is great! It has its uses.

presenting twitter to our local civil defense next week. Hoping to present an affordable way to reach folks on the internet but disconnected from everything else, during an emergency.
