Right after this drop, he pops off the mother stump to go airborne. And then about 100 ft. later, off a dropoff delivering a sharp handlebar to the ribs. Tough guy – he made it out up the hill before the rest of us.

Part of a 5-hour loop in the Soquel Demonstration grounds.

  1. Looks like my old back yard at Nisene Marks Park in Soquel. I used to mountain bike ride there a lot before we moved. My old house use to back to the park in Aptos.

    If you are into that, you need to bring your friends and bikes up to see me here in the foothills of the Sierras. We have a place called Clementine, up outside Auburn that my son and I use to ride downhill bikes on along the American River. Pretty awesome but wild stuff. There are also trails back of Ice House I should introduce you too. Way cool, but full of snow this time of year. Maybe a summer weekend with some white water Kayaking. Another hobby I have I need to get you out with me on.
