Japanese Experiment Module at the Space Station Processing Facility, Kennedy Space Center.

Kibo means Hope in English. One of the larger payload, it barely fits in the Shuttle. The bio experimentation module is part of the ISS, and has its own robot arm, folded in the foreground.
