How d’you get the sky exposed like that? Blue in the corners but messianic brightness right behind the subject… Cool.
(From the foot shadow it looks like you might be shooting directly into the sun, but if that were the case, surely his face would be muddied out?)
It’s a sweet background. Fill flash. I would be tempted to make a dark edit out of this (levels tool 0,55).
Check out that filter glow…really kills the desert haze!
