The was the first shake down test flight of the Mavericks J-Prize Reference Design P1 on an Aerotech M1939 motor. Everything operated perfectly, and recovered unharmed.

For a sense of scale, see the unpainted version below.

It is a minimum diameter rocket designed for a P motor – 8x what you see here – which takes it over Mach 3. Adding the booster stage should take it 22 miles straight up.
