NASA finally caved to public pressure (and rumored back room diplomacy by Disney) to preserve the childhood memories and sub-zero real estate market opportunities.

I took this photo at Cape Canaveral, but did not appreciate the off-world marketing at the time.

  2. I heard the tail-end of a program on NPR and they were referring to Pluto as a planet. I was confused because I thought the speaker was a credible astronomer and that this world-wide debate was settled. Guess not. Thanks for the lesson.
