   Some of these cheeses might contain enough perchlorate to trigger the sensitive chromatographs sniffing aircraft luggage for explosives 😉

   Les petits enveloppés de feuilles (de vignes?) sont fait de lait de chèvre. Fromages de chèvre. Les autres sont fait de lait de vache.

   The little ones wrapped in (vine?) leaves are made of goat milk. Goat cheese. The others are made of cow’s milk.

   I thought I would keep you in the French mindset! 🙂
