   It looks just like what we had here in the middle of the day several hours ago (June 5 ). We had a thunderstorm and I saw the same thing, vertical and white though.

   This is a nice demonstration for the visitors at the fair. Nice colour too.

    It was really incredible to see this in person. Unfortunately my wimpy camera was unable to take a picture that came out as nice as Steve’s. Even more unfortunate was that my camera was a Canon SD700 IS (same kind Steve used), which means I can’t blame my camera, but only myself…
