Off with a pop! After electrolysis of water into H2 and O2 gas, a filament ignites the gasses and sends the rocket skyward. The waste of this process is pure water that is reused on the next launch.

    I remember building my own electrolysis rig out of an old carbon battery electrode, a couple of test tubes and a big glass jar.

    Hmm… Might be time to do that again on a larger scale with a solar panel…
