   Racing betters the breed for horses. Will it hold true for rockets?

   The air racing leagues of the 1920s and 1930s developed an inventory of designs, techniques, and tools that the American military adopted for use in the Second World War. Any takers for a token bet on whether something similar happens by 2015 or 2020?
