Sarlat, France, a beautiful town built in a harmonious style (after having been decimated in the 100 Years’ War).
We did not see a McDonalds, Starbucks, or anything like it, anywhere in the Dordogne region.

Sarlat, a beautiful place. My favorite in Dorgogne. I have been to this little spot. Did you make it to Beynac too?

I just stumble upon this while visiting a flowers collection and recognized the name.

You managed to capture the photo that I was trying to when I was in Sarlat a few weeks back. My cameraphone (which was the only thing I had available at the time) wasn’t up for it, though 🙂
