"direct hit" made me remember the "Terminator II, Judgement Day" pinball. When you triggered the ball it loaded a gun on the left side which turned (coming and going) to point the right side of the board. There you had a moving target and if you shooted it -a highlighted triangle-, the pinball said (Arnold´s robotic voice) "-Direct Hit!"
As if I was listening to it now… it´s more than 7 years since I don´t play it, tho. Anybody remembers this? Do you?

We used to have a "Terminator II" pinball in our company and used it regularly. I had to service it quite often but when it worked smoothly it was a killer and we spent hours with it. Sometimes when you fired the cannon the ball hit the pane from underneath.
But that was in the glorious dot com age. Since we are now a respectable company there is no time for gaming anymore… -

great to have one of those at work!!! My 2 fav pinballs, though are: from the first period of the new age of pinballs with ramp: Phantom of the Opera, and afterwards… Getaway… best pinballs ever!

LOL, how’d I miss that skeet shooting! That’s great! It left me wanting to really see the ultimate though! A stinger fired at a car would have to be more boom. Stinger at H3, then: "See, the new cars just don’t hold up as well; this one disintegrated entirely, not very durable."
Interesting shot though! Durable fella!
