The African Hawk Eagle comes in for a landing after circling around the Bacara resort (a naturalist approach to keeping the seagulls away).

He swooped silently right over my head… and then extended the air brakes… just before a graceful landing…

The trainer says that he is fairly well fed so he won’t be tempted to pick off a yappy LA chihuahua guest.
