Oh yes, it is. But it is the dark side, where roger, syd, david and the other lunatics went to… but as we never see this side from Earth, looks foreign to you. I understand.
Pink Floyd´s album gives quite an idea of how it feels to be there.
Anyway, believe me, I saw it. I am an alien. 0-)
And I like yer Budyicon! 😉
Hmm, Pink Floyd is not the cultural referent I’m looking for ….
Thanks on the icon, though! Usually I only get compliments on it from Canadian men. 😀
oh. Well, it also looks like PacMan, Tim burton´s Jack Skellington, er, an ordinary smiley, a golf ball eaten up by golf-ball-eater termits… Oh! and like the Death Star spaceship too.
I can´t think of other references… Guide me!
Musical ones you have Michael Jackson -I hope you are not looking for this one!-, Sting… The Beatles…
"Mr. Moonlight
You came to me one summernight
And from your beam you made my dream
And from the world you sent my girl
And from above you sent us love
And now she’s mine
I think you’re fine
‘cos we love you, Mr. Moonlight…"
=D Sorry, it´s that I love that song…
Your budy icon rocks. Everybody should praise it. Not just the ones directly interested 😉
shut up….i had no idea, this was out there…
nice…how long did it take really, and please tell me it was for so child?
it is a figure of speech like ‘no way’
no harm done…i hope
This would be a great addition to the Star Wars Lego pool!
@bungo: right you are. Telstar Logistics is the Imperial Halliburton.
@gunshot iguana: I can’t stay silent any longer… It’s As If Millions Of Voices Suddenly Cried Out In Terror And Were Suddenly Silenced.
The build took a number of scattered hours over 2 months (deduced from the time stamp on the LEGO box flickr photo =)
and yes, it was built by a 6 year-old. I was the part fetcher, which is no small feat when they are all grey!
