There’s always something bigger to look forward to…

This is the Porthos airframe that was a group project built with Dirk down south.

(photo was not by me, and I am trying to track down the source for proper attribution. If you have any hints, please let me know. thanks.)

  5. OMG! That thing is bigger than some missiles I have seen. It’s about the same size as ones we used to use to launch experiments into the ionosphere (JPL provided the rockets and launching services). This is HOBBY rocketry?!?! Awesome! Unbelievable! Where do I sign up?

  6. I don’t think you really needed to paint flames on that rocket! I’m sure there were plenty of flames when it launched!

    the original management [for want of a better word] were called the hummers according to charles murrey_ because when they came up with a solution everyone would gesture like you do 🙂
    ..who also decided to do all-up flight tests!
