  2. When I was there for an interview last summer (yes, I’ve interviewed everywhere), I really got the feeling that they had no idea why people from the more innovative, open and cooperative Silicon Valley did not respect or admire thier way of business.

    Maybe they should look at this and other examples of public Windows failures to see why separation, isolation and closed doors only lead to broken windows.
