Voting systems on the floor of Parliament. Estonia is also considering an e-voting initiative for elections. The oldest member of Parliament that I met there was 30 years old.

Estonia is like a country of immigrants… to their own country after years of Soviet neglect.
As for the age demographic, I presume it has to do dramatic reduction of the Estonian population during the Soviet occupation. (perhaps the opposite of the baby boomer wave in the U.S. and many other countries).
I see bands of blue, black and white in the photo (but not in the same order as the national flag).

oh oh oh… So the colors have a meaning. Probably they don´t follow the exact order for a aesthetics question, yet they used them.
