That is quite frightfull!
I rescued my two geese, they were kept in a pit. Eight feet deep, size of a bed, full of crap (literally) in a hangar, no sky…they were amazed by the garden, pond, grass, flowers, rain, daylight…the female couln’t walk at first, they tested every flower and plant, (dandelions are thier favorite) I taught them to swim.
Goosetave and Esmerelda are very special and I feel thier gratitude every day! They will never be on the menu.
