   I don’t know why, but I find these "realistic" looking robots scary. Just the idea of them being on at night and looking around as you walk by scares me.

   There’s actually a theory behind the scary features of an almost human creation. The phenomenon is called the "Uncanny Valley". It’s also the reason a lot of us find the movie "Polar Express" creepy.

   Very cool… I think I had this problem with the earliest "3D" animation, Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer (1964). The "people" in that one wig me out….
