Shake and hope for a good random blast…
I remember the first rocket I ever flew when I was young. My dad bought me and my bro a kit that had a little rocket powered by water and compressed air. you would fill up the rocket half way or so with water (different ratio=different ISP) and then the lauch pad was a hand pump that filled/compressed air into the chamber. Let the lock go, and the thing would blast up about 20 to 50 feet. Loads of fun as a kid. Graduated to estes kits and A-D engines, but never built or flew the bigger ones such as on the rest of this set. Would be loads of fun, but time/money…..
Kudos on the nice rockets and the successful launches.
The video is now available at http://www.revver.com/video/683... still cracks me up.
Put baking soda in the sink drain and then vinegar. Quickly cover the opening. Of course, you know what will happen! Do this regularly to keep the drain unclogged and fresh smelling.
Now that is how I know to use this combination of baking soda and vinegar in the home. A rocket or a mini volcano, it is all the same chemistry.
Now I should try the rocket! Sounds like fun.
Ok, now I viewed the video. Cracks me up too!
Oh, thank you for the good laugh! I needed that.
It looks like the people making music from bottles filled with water.
Now I know who is making the show here:
